Prior to joining CapitalG in 2021, Kelly worked as a consultant in the consumer practice at the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago. She also spent time at Senreve, a direct-to-consumer brand in San Francisco. Kelly graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Mathematics. While at MIT, she was a member of the Lightweight Rowing Team. Outside of work, Kelly can be found training for or racing in Ironman triathlons.
