Luisa is a Vice President at CapitalG, where she works with the firm's portfolio companies on go-to-market and commercial partnerships, and leads CapitalG's advisory network of senior Google operators.
On our Platform team, I build the partnerships, programs, and senior relationships that unlock the best of Google for our portfolio companies. During my time at CapitalG I've worked across a wide range of pre-investment and portfolio workstreams, and I've developed a cross-functional breadth to identify what a company needs and drive which resources to leverage and which experts to call on.
Before joining CapitalG in San Francisco in 2022, I spent those years in Europe. I grew up in Umbria, Italy, completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in London, and started my career at Google in Dublin. Outside of work, I regularly play tennis on new courts across the city, compete in a - possibly too serious - darts league, and attend as many music events as I can (ask me about my concert recap notes doc).
