As a Growth Lead at CapitalG, Luisa partners closely with the firm’s enterprise portfolio companies to support critical go-to-market initiatives and leads the firm’s pricing advisory practice across CapitalG’s portfolio. Luisa also leads CapitalG’s executive network of technical CxOs, which connects IT leaders with relevant new technologies and keeps them informed of new trends in their respective industries and markets.
Before joining CapitalG in 2022, Luisa worked at Google in Ireland where she partnered with high-potential growth-stage customers to help them scale their businesses by leveraging Google Ads. During her time in Dublin, Luisa also led Google Adopt a Startup, a startup accelerator aimed at supporting high potential Irish startups.
Luisa holds an MA in International Security from King's College London and a BA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London. Outside of work, Luisa spends her time playing tennis and practicing her amateur DJ skills.
