Joanne joined CapitalG in 2021 and is an Executive Business Partner and the Office Manager.

I bring extensive global experience in executive leadership support across top investment firms and help keep executive operations and firm culture running smoothly. Before CapitalG, I served as Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the CIO at Cyrus Capital Partners, LP—spanning both their New York and London offices—and was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at TruArc Partners (formerly Snow Phipps Group).

I hold a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University.
