Life is too short to build things that don't matter. My approach to investing is simple: back kind, high-energy founders who pair long-term vision with short-term obsession—and move as fast as I talk. Technology reshapes the world, but human ingenuity is what powers it.

I’ve started, run, advised, and invested in companies. From management consulting, to founding a company and going through YCombinator, to leading a PE-backed company as CEO, every phase of my career informs how I support founders today.

I’m privileged to partner with visionary founders on their next chapters—like David Singleton (former CTO of Stripe, Dreamer), Amar Hanspal (former CEO of Autodesk, Motif), Lachy Groom (early stripe employee, Physical Intelligence), and Demis Hassabis (founder of Deepmind, Isomorphic Labs)—as well as mission-driven leaders like Tuhin Srivastava (Baseten), Dr. Shiv Rao (Abridge), and Eric Steinberger (Magic).

As a former collegiate basketball player, I aim to bring a team-first mindset to venture capital, building deep partnerships with founders and my colleagues at CapitalG. Outside of work you can find me on the pickleball court or on the stage playing bandmate with my husband and two sons at home in Marin.
