Legal Operations Manager

Lana Devlikamova is a Legal Operations Manager at CapitalG, where she builds the infrastructure that keeps our investment work running smoothly. She's energized by the kind of behind-the-scenes problem-solving that lets everyone else move faster.

I focus on legal operations because I love building the systems that make everything else possible – from record-keeping to operationalizing investment entities, I create the infrastructure that lets our legal team drive deal execution without delays or friction. It's not the most visible work, but it's the kind that matters when things need to move fast.

I joined CapitalG in 2016. Before that, I was a Corporate Paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where I worked with medical device companies on entity formations, private company financings, and corporate governance. I graduated with high honors from UC Berkeley with a BA in Media Studies.

Outside of work, I'm an unapologetic Lego enthusiast – perpetually out of surface area at home, which should stop me from buying more sets but never does. My current project is Claude Monet's Bridge Over a Pond of Water Lilies, a 3,179-piece build I'm slowly making my way through.
