Mike Gomez

Before coming to CapitalG, I worked at Goodwin Procter LLP, helping tech companies and investment funds navigate mergers, acquisitions, and VC investments. Earlier in my career, I was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP across their Chicago and Palo Alto offices.

I’m a life-long Chicago Maroon—I earned my BAs in public policy and political science, as well as my JD, all from the University of Chicago. Outside of work, you can usually find me flipping through crates at local Bay Area record stores or cheering on Miami sports teams.
