Mo invests in the infrastructure software powering the most important shifts in enterprise technology. He works hard to earn the trust of the founders he partners with and feels grateful to have even played a small part in their journeys.

I believe the companies that matter most are built by founders who see where the world is going before the rest of us. They have a deeply held view of how something should work, stay close enough to customers to turn that view into a product people love, and ship at a pace that lets them earn the right to take on more over time.

I have enormous respect for anyone willing to take on that journey. The part of my job I find most fulfilling is earning a founder’s trust over time and playing even a small role in helping them realize the ambition they started with.

I joined CapitalG in 2018 and now have the privilege of working with companies like Databricks, Grafana, OpenRouter, Lovable, NinjaOne, LangChain, Verkada, and many others.

In my free time, I love tracking the NBA (I watch literally every Lakers game), running, cooking, playing golf, collecting Pokémon cards, watching an unhealthy amount of TV, and spending way too much time tinkering with new gadgets (I have a growing collection of 15+ smartphones).
