Adam Naor is a Vice President on CapitalG's Business Development team. He connects portfolio companies with customers and strategic partners who can accelerate their growth, and leads the firm's IT Leaders Network—a community of senior technology executives who build, buy, and deploy enterprise software.

I connect our portfolio companies with the executives who buy their products and the platforms that scale them. I've been on both sides of the table: I founded two companies, Pennybox and WFHAdviser, which was acquired in 2022.

Before joining CapitalG in 2024, I led business development for AWS's FinTech team and spent seven years at Google building the go-to-market strategy for Google Cloud. I graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley and earned an MBA from Cornell Tech. Outside of work, you'll find me on the tennis court or running and biking through San Francisco.
