As a member of CapitalG’s advisory board, she advises CapitalG portfolio companies on how to compete in the era of AI. Tara has spent more than 25 years as an executive technology leader and in that time, she has extensive experience living and working in emerging markets. Her experience spans supporting organizations ranging from seed-series startups to the Fortune 500. 

Tara earned her Bachelor's Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and spent the first few years of her career as an application developer. Tara lives in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters.
