Moritz Schoenheit brings deep expertise in AI infrastructure to his role on the CapitalG advisory board. He currently serves as the Global Head of AI Infrastructure GTM at Google Cloud where he is responsible for driving the growth, scale and adoption of Google Cloud’s AI Infrastructure (GPUs / TPUs) globally.
Before his current role, Moritz built Google Cloud's global AI Native Business, which specialized in working with AI Startups and Model Builders. He also led strategic growth initiatives and partnership efforts for North America.
Before joining Google, Moritz held several leadership roles across the strategy, operations and finance functions at SAP. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for SAP Fieldglass where he oversaw end-to-end business operations, including go-to-market strategy, revenue operations and business development. He began his career as a management consultant with clients in automotive and manufacturing. Moritz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Trier and is a Harvard Business School alumnus. Originally from Germany, Moritz is based in Atlanta where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
