Before joining Google, Zac held several leadership roles at Wells Fargo, most recently serving as EVP and Head of the Digital Channels Group, Corporate Strategy and the Innovation organization. He also served as the Chief Data Officer at Wells Fargo and has held strategic leadership roles in cybersecurity, enterprise customer experience, consumer lending, and technology and operations.

Zac previously worked in Asia for HSBC and co-founded Fang Da Investment, a boutique private equity firm in Taiwan. He is currently based in San Francisco.
