Prior to CapitalG, Xiaoping focused on development of data-driven products and services at a big data startup, and played an essential role to win and scale businesses. Before that, she was a Senior Consultant at EY, addressing emerging needs of effective and efficient data science solutions for large banks.

Xiaoping holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China.
