Ritika has 25 years of experience as an executive leader in technology focused on growing and scaling software and cloud markets. Ritika has a unique background spanning enterprise sales, IT services, corporate development, M&A and venture capital.

In her current role, Ritika is responsible for driving the joint go-to-market, product integrations and co-innovation growth strategy for her portfolio of partners on Google Cloud. She is also responsible for driving new business models, partnerships and programs to incubate and grow partners and customers. Before joining Google, Ritika focused on driving revenue growth through several critical leadership roles at SAP, Infosys, and various startups across business development, sales and product.

Ritika has a B.S. in computer science and an MBA from Leeds Business School. Ritika grew up in India and now lives in Menlo Park, California with her three boys: her spouse, her son and their dog. In her spare time, Ritika loves to take long walks with her boys, listen to music, and read. She is passionate about microfinance and its positive impact on underrepresented communities.
