Prior to joining CapitalG, Leila was an investor at LLR Partners where she focused on investments in healthcare companies.

Leila graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School. She was the captain of her collegiate rowing team and represented Canada at the Junior World Rowing Championships in Lithuania in 2017.
