Jamie Rosen
Investment Team
Jamie invests across the AI stack, from semiconductors and data center hardware to the the software layer. She loves partnering closely with founders and drawing on the depth of Alphabet to help them build generational businesses.
I spend my time on the biggest bottlenecks to AI adoption, many of which are now physical. The whole stack is being rebuilt - power, silicon, interconnect - and I believe the most important companies of the next decade are being built around these constraints.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I learned early the dedication and grit that building demands - and nowhere is this more true than in hard tech. I studied applied math and economics at Brown and started my career at Bain & Company, where working alongside some of the world's best companies shaped my view of what separates generational businesses from the rest. That lens drives my work at CapitalG, where I've played a leadership role in investments including Celero, Empower Semiconductor, nEye, and AlphaSense.
The founders I back take on long, capital-intensive journeys, and I strive to be a hands-on partner through all of it - supporting them on product strategy, customer introductions, team building, and everything in between.
