David Graff

As Google’s Vice President of Global Policy & Standards, Trust & Safety, David oversees a global team that develops scalable policies and standards to ensure responsible use of Google products, safeguard user rights, and enhance access to quality information. David’s team is responsible for content and behavioral standards and practices across all Google products, which collectively serve over a billion users worldwide.

David Graff

Before joining Google, David spent over twenty years in executive roles with public and private companies, including Chief Legal Officer for Edison Schools, Inc. (which he helped take public in 1999), General Counsel for Epic Media Group (a collection of digital media trading platforms), and CEO of Online Intelligence (a digital forensics company focused on preventing online marketing fraud).

David earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.  David is a frequent guest speaker and panelist on a variety of topics related to emerging technology. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
