Dai is the Managing Director of Google Cloud Marketplace and Global ISV Go-to-Market Initiatives, where he manages the teams responsible for partner and platform strategy, business development, P&L management, go-to-market programs, field and partner co-sell models, and partner engineering.
Dai has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry as a general manager, product and go-to-market leader. He has a track record of bringing disruptive solutions to market and building new businesses that sustain triple digit year-over-year growth and scale to multiple billions dollars of annual revenue.
Dai and his team are helping to transform how business software is bought and sold by modernizing procurement via online discovery, simplified purchasing and efficient deployment of enterprise-grade third-party cloud solutions. He previously served roles at Google as a Senior Director of Product Strategy and Business Operations within Google Cloud’s Application Modernization Platform organization and as Director of Product Management in the Ads and Commerce organization. Before joining Google, Dai held leadership roles in product management at Microsoft and IBM, business development at SAP, and strategy consulting at McKinsey and the Boston Consulting Group.
Dai has an MBA from the Wharton School, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and now lives in Mountain View, California with his wife, Michele, and his three very active boys, Gustav, Joseph, and Gregory.
