Before joining CapitalG, Asheley served as an Executive Assistant at B Capital, a global multistage fund, where she supported a general partner, acted as the San Francisco office manager, and was the EA manager for the US team.

Asheley was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended college in upstate New York at Rochester Institute of Technology where she earned a BFA in Graphic Design. Tired of the lake effect snow, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she basked in the sun and developed a diverse professional background in the financial industry. In 2018 Asheley moved to San Francisco to be closer to her family; she still lives in the City by the Bay with her partner and their dogs. During her down time you can find Asheley playing darts at cool dive bars around the city or on the Pilates reformer getting in a good workout.
