Army began his career working in investment banking at Qatalyst Partners. Army's academic background includes triple majors in mathematics, computer science, and electrical engineering from Duke University.

Before moving to the United States at the age of 15, he explored a lifelong path as a monk in Thailand. He continues to honor this connection by making an annual pilgrimage to his temple in Thailand. Army is an accomplished poker player, with six-figure cashouts in the 2023 World Series of Poker and a top 5th percentile finish in the World Series of Poker Main Event. He regularly hosts poker lessons for founders and executives seeking to elevate their poker skills.
