As a technology operator with almost 25 years of experience, Albert enjoys his role in security as a builder, mentor, investor, advisor, and general manager. He is an expert in scaling complex initiatives with customers, teams and products.

Before joining Google, Albert was vice president of the security business at Splunk where he helped scale the cybersecurity business beyond $1 billion ARR. He was also the vice president and general manager of encryption at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he ran engineering, product, service delivery and go-to-market.

At Google, Albert led the business case and acquisition processes for Mandiant, Siemplify, and Foreseeti for the Security business unit. He lives in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with his family.
