Adam Naor, Vice President of Business Development at CapitalG, drives growth for portfolio companies by applying his experience in operations, sales, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining CapitalG in 2024, Adam led Amazon Web Services' FinTech Business Development team, where he helped pre-IPO FinTechs adopt cloud technologies and forge relationships with financial institutions, investors, regulators, and the Amazon Marketplace. His extensive experience building ISV co-sell motions enables companies to build strategic cloud service provider (CSP) partnerships and enhance their operational efficiencies.
Before joining Amazon Web Services in 2020 Adam spent seven years at Google driving Go-To-Market strategies for Google Cloud. Early in his career, Adam founded two companies, Pennybox and WFHAdviser (acquired in 2022). His experiences as a founder and hyperscaler partner to high-growth startups uniquely position him to drive innovative strategies and build strategic partnerships for rapid growth.
Adam graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley and holds an MBA from Cornell Tech in New York City. Of Adam’s many passions outside of work — such as hiking, reading historical biographies, and playing tennis with friends — his greatest source of joy comes from teaching chess to his niece and nephew and celebrating their victories with homemade chocolate chip pancakes.
